Absolutely. The Rested Mom Project is for all first-time moms who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or invisible—whether grief is part of your story or not.
Not at all. While my coaching is rooted in faith-based compassion, the tools, practices, and community are open to every mother, regardless of background.
That’s exactly why this program exists. Sessions are designed to fit into your rhythm and give you back energy, clarity, and time.
You can participate at your own pace. This is a judgment-free, safe space where your voice matters—but your silence is also respected.
You’ll have the option of small group sessions or adding 1:1 support if you prefer more personal guidance.
